Silk-screen Print services

We provide high-quality metal parts Silk-screen Print services for each customer.

Silk-screen Print Services

Whether the part to be screen printed is bare metal, stainless steel, or metal that has been anodized, painted, or powder coated, we perform extensive ink testing to determine proper ink systems and printing processes to meet your specific needs.

From powder coated water bottles to anodized machine parts, to metal access panels for industrial equipment and metal back panels for retail electronic equipment, metal screen printing allows large opaque images with impressive results. We offer both single color and multicolor screen printing when printing on metal; however, for multicolor screen printing a separate pass for each color is required.

TOSTA is able to print or decorate nearly any rigid surface – flat or cylindrical, concave or convex, raised or recessed, and painted or coated surfaces.

Screen printing provides large opaque images on light, dark, and clear substrates such as plastic, glass, metal parts, and most painted and powder coated surfaces. Using both conventional and UV inks, screen printing is compatible with nearly all rigid material – including plastic, glass, metal, wood, and most painted or coated surfaces. With multiple ink lines in stock for various surfaces, we are able to provide low-cost custom and PMS color matching in-house.

Screen printing, or sometimes referred to as silkscreen printing, is a wet process in which flat or cylindrical plastic, glass, metal, or wooden parts can be decorated. Images are transferred directly onto the part by pressing ink through the image “burned” into a screen. For both flat screen printing and cylindrical screen printing, multicolor images are achievable but require one pass for each color.

When a project requires a large image printed on a flat surface or a large or two-sided image on a cylindrical part, screen printing is not only the most economical solution – but screen printing also provides the best results. Depending on the project requirements, we offer both conventional screen printing ink and UV silk screen printing ink. More so than with pad printing, screen printing ink provides extremely opaque images on light, dark, and clear substrates in just one pass.

Regardless of the project requirements, TOSTA has become a trusted screen printing company for nearly any rigid substrate and for nearly every industry.
